Slightly out of town in the green belt. A nice long walk into the centre of Ipswich and the Christchurch museum park.
Amazing fish and chips.
Good beer.
Continental breakfast gave the flexilibilty to have a lie in.
The vanilla diffuser in the room smelt of tobacco.
Everything else really lovely.

I wasn't expecting breakfast so it was a very pleasant surprise to find continental breakfast bits in the room and on the landing. Good choice of breakfast, teas and de caff available. Maybe you should advertise as breakfast included? I travel for work a bit on quite a tight budget (£60 room only, £67.50 b&b) so this place really exceeded expectations. The room was wonderful for the price. Would definitely stay again if in the area and its still within budget. Thanks

It was conveniently located right next to a station. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was at a bargain price.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Was soft and lumpy.
