It was way better than I thought.
Pros: pretty spacious for two, really near the beach with super sunset view
Cons: not too good sound isolation, slightly dim

Location wise, the area is good. About 5 minutes walk from the Circustheater Station.
Water boiler is so dirty and one would not even think of using it. I didn’t, of course.
I should have booked in a hotel in the City Center. I tried to save money and I hope I did. No breakfast. But this is something the owner can improve. The area is noisy at night because there are restaurants and bar across my room 4.
Was changed extra 10 euro for using the same room. It’s strange because I am traveling alone and I was asked to pay that. What a scam.
Was threatened to pay penalty if I arrive past 9:30. Another highway robbery. Hotel should be operating 24/7.
I am not going to recommend this even for a solo traveler or with a shoestring budget. You will be disappointed.
