If you plan to visit the Port Arthur Historical Site, Devil Kitchen and also Cruise Tour, this Villa is well located near them. You can also park your car in front of the villa and cook your own meal. Good stay. Enjoyed.

I stayed at Port Arthur Villas for two nights before starting the Three Capes Track. I’m a solo traveller, so my experience reflects that.
There is no on-site reception, which surprised me at first, but they do provide a phone number if you need any help. Check-in was straightforward — I collected my key easily and got into my room with no problems.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for resting before a big hike. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during my stay, and as a solo traveller relying on internet for communication and updates, that was a bit frustrating. Mobile coverage is also quite limited in the area, so keep that in mind if you’re travelling alone.
Overall, it’s a convenient and peaceful place to stay if you’re doing the Three Capes or exploring nearby tracks. Just be prepared for limited connectivity and the self-service setup.
