Had a bit of a hard time finding the place but once inside, it was nice and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great breakfast.

Property location is beautiful. It’s nearby the lake Lugano which makes it perfect for walking distance, takes around 6 mins walk. The hotel itself was good for a 3 star hotel. Staff is friendly and breakfast was ok. Would recommend to have better breakfast outside rather than the free buffet. The hotel has a bit of an eerie/haunting atmosphere, with a vintage vibe that feels like it’s straight out of the 90s but overall experience was good.
