Check in was easy,but smelled Marijuana around the front desk a couple times. Room service was excellent, always kept up with it an always asked if i needed anything. Room very clean an would recommend to anyone. Great job

I have stayed at thie particular hotel more that a dozen times. I will always choose it because of these 2 reasons. 1) The staff is incredible. Brandy is the GM. I absolutely love her. She works what feels like 24/7. She is warm, takes her job seriously but is always kind and makes you feel at home. Donna is the night front desk clerk. She is so sweet, you can't help but love her. Tammy is the housekeeping manager. Her and her husband Tracy both work there. They are very ornery with each other which makes me laugh. She is definitely a mama bear who makes you feel like your hers. Dave is the hotels custodian, grounds keeper, handy man and so much more. He is a really good guy with a big heart and he works so hard all day long. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all ove the country. I do not know the names of anyone who works at them. Thats what makes this hotel special and why I keep coming back. They are amazing people who care about you. My second reason is location. Its right off 76 so you dont get all the lights and noise, but its still so close to all the restaurants, attractions and shopping. Its not always perfect, but either is my house. Messes happen, things get overlooked but are easily fixable. You will not find a better hospitality staff anywhere. That to me makes them a 5 star hotel.
