I was warmly welcomed by Merlin and Nikki.
Accommodation was first class, warm very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. I came as a guest but left as a friend. Can highly recommend and will be back.

The property was a lovely stay and i slept well. Vegetarian Breakfast was a little small but nice. No decaf coffee.

Host was amazing, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was lovely and bed really comfortable. Excellent location for our trip to the St Austell brewery and only a short walk to town. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again and there was the added bonus of meeting the gorgeous Merlin. Thank you so much for making our weekend perfect
