This is an apartment with service, not a hotel. The apartment room is nice. However, the services are not so organized. When we arrive on Friday afternoon, no feedbacks from the staff anymore until Monday. Then we don't have Lausanne travel card until Monday when we almost check out and only two dishwasher tabs for 3 days. The staff is so nice to extend our check out to from 11:00am to 12:00pm however my room card got activated when we are back after 11:00am. Almost miss the coming train.
