Stayed in the budget room which was small, but perfect for one person. Had all the amenities. Very comfortable room. Even had a box of chocolates on arrival which was a super pleasant surprise and very much appreciated!
The only thing to complain about would be the hot water pressure, which was absolutely dismal and really not in keeping with a 4-star hotel and the rest of the amenities and facilities of the room and hotel. The pressure was fine for cold water but I wasn't planning on showering in cold water when it was -4C outside, no thank you. Apart from that, I had a really great stay.
The staff at the reception were wonderful and helped with my questions and had great suggestions for restaurants as well.

The hotel went out of its way to accommodate my timings. Room was great, would definitely come again

It’s a nice and stereotypical hotel, it wasn’t an outstanding one.
The toilet was dirty and I found fake eyelashes from a previous guest.
Apart from that everything was fine. The breakfast was pretty fulfilling and complete.
