The Studio with Two Queen Beds is listed as having a Full Kitchen under amenities, and there is a kitchen shown in the photos. I double checked this when booking because we have food allergies and cannot eat at most restaurants. However, when we got to the property, there was no kitchen, and we were told that it is an issue with Agoda. When I tried to chat with Agoda, the AI Bot said there was not a kitchen on our room reservation despite the photo and "Full Kitchen" listed in the amenities.
The room was a good value for the price: clean and comfortable.

Room is old and strangely out together with old unmatching furniture. Nothing like the Internet photos. Toilet seat doesn't fit toilet, it fell off. There's no counter space in the bathroom. The bed kept rolling out into the room. We had to plug in the t.v. and refrigerator when we got here. Not many channels in the t.v. it looks like people live here and there sounds like a herd of elephants lives above our room. The bed was comfortable. They allow pets. No closet space or place to hang clothes. No hairdryer. The room was big, but had steps that went to other doors, that were locked, it was a bit strange. The guys at the front were nice upon check in, however the lady that answered the phone after hours because of the noise upstairs was a bit snippy in her demeanor over the phone.
