The room was, for the most part, clean
The decor was dark and old, but the bed was comfortable, everything worked, and management was helpful. There were smale holes in a few walls that wre not covered. Not enough towels. Overall, we had what we needed for a restful stay.

I felt my vehicle was safe and didnt stress about it. Didn't need the ac for that occupancy (march below ~ 2000f above sea level)
