The best service at any hotel we have stayed at. Everyone was exceptional, bringing us snacks, drinks, and asking if we needed anything a few times a day. Very accommodating if we wanted them to come back later to clean. Every time they cleaned the room looked spectacular, organizing anything that was left out or needed tidying up. Expensive but worth the price!

Overall superb boutique hotel. Staff wonderful, food in Havana restaurant superb. Only negative no gym on site but beach is on your door step and lots of places for cycling
