The staff were so helpful. The bar staff were so nice and friendly. When we got there we were given clear instructions on parking and even got a free upgrade

The room was super clean, the staff was extremely kind. We did not take part in any of the dining but everyone locally talked up the food!

The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that I could hear other guests when we were both in our rooms. I was awakened on my first night when the couple on the other side of the wall came in from the pub. I know it's an older building, so I just dealt with it.
