Very beautiful resort , the deli room was amazing in comfort and amenities. The staff were all very accommodating , kind and pleasant . The breakfast was very good and has many items. We really enjoyed that hotel and highly recommend it

They got our room upgraded to the villas suit. The staffs were so nice to us.

We only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were catching a connecting flight via Bali and needed a stop over.
We were upgraded to a room with its own garden and plunge pool which was lovely. The hotel gardens themselves are beautiful and it is a quiet oasis.
We ate at the restaurant for lunch and evening meals and all were excellent
Pool and restaurant facilities at the hotel were very good and all the staff were excellent ( a special mention however to Rama at the poolside bar and also to Ayuw and Yanti in the restaurant who were so helpful and provided excellent service)
Hotel is minutes from the airport which was perfect for us.
