The Room was very clean in my book. I was only there one night, so I didn't get to see the balcony. When I got there, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. That was nice. Just more room than I needed. Location-wise it was all good. Parking is tricky, but other than that, I couldn't ask for more.

Great property, excellent location in Birdrock. Great value also and walkable to lovely coffee shops, restaurants and to beautiful views of the ocean.
