    We booked a room for just one night, the location is fine - minutes from the tower. The room was not like on the picture - they gave us a room with 4 beds (two singles and two pushed together), it was hard even to walk inside the room , extremely wrong layout, but that's not the biggest problem. There were no facilities, but that's not a problem either. Breakfast - only bread, salami and cheese, but that's not a problem either. Coffee - nothing to do with Italian, but that's not a problem either. The milk jug - was dirty with something black, but that's not a problem either. The problem is that in the evening when we arrived, we explained to the receptionist that we were staying for just a night and would like to reserve the only table with a view of the Tower, we said that we literally have 30 minutes to take a picture and then we have a flight. She assured us that the table was reserved for us! But it wasn't, she didn't even unlock the garden - she said it was occupied at the moment! The night before, she assured us that we had enough time, that a taxi would be waiting for us and that we would be at the airport in 10 minutes, but even that was a letdown - it turned out that the hotel only had one staff member - a manager, a bartender, a waiter and a receptionist - all in one! She was very nervous and arrogant. Dropping our luggage off at the entrance, we asked her to call us a taxi, and we recalled the conversation from yesterday, where she promised to help us and told us that we were 10 minutes away. She said that she was busy at this moment and didn't have time to deal with taxis! Then we started downloading apps, registering credit cards, calling taxi companies that didn't understand English and referred us to other operators. We wasted 30 minutes, we were in front of her eyes and, she didn't want to help, she had other business at the reception desk at this time, she refused to even give us the phone number of the taxi company! This is the first time something like this has happened to us in a hotel! We are extremely disappointed! In the end, we took a private car, which cost us 50 euros.
