They arranged me a taxi due to an issue with the shuttle bus. If they could add an extra shield for the window and a sliding door to make it more soundproof, than it would be perfect.

I accidentally paid twice for my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist has saw on her system that it was right and there is two reservations on my name, she told me that I can check in now and tomorrow make contact with the party to refund the double amount.
I did check in room number *** and wants a surprise when I was checking out I find that they make a false chick in another room room number *** and they never say anything about it just to see the money from double check
The next day I contacted the parties many times, but Bastion's head office refused to refund the double amount, they asks me to contact the third party party *** to refund, when I contacted ***, they told me that the owner refused to refund the double charge. It took me all my stay calling *** and the head office of Bastion hotel which is pure theft. I will never ever book there again.
