Initial room standard double overcrowded when two singles for young grand children added. We asked and got a larger room which was suberb and very well appointed. Very friendly helpful staff. Great facilities - we all particularly enjoyed the roof top swimming pool. Location in centre of Lacco Ameno - but very quiet and peaceful. Food fine - help yourself starter had wide choice and then pick three course dinner from menu - again a wide choice. Was a bit reluctant after reading earlier poor review but would use this hotel again. Lacco Ameno and Ischia a great holiday destination.
