Good for one night spacious room, excellent location but staff was very weird one staff member told us that children are not allowed where other staff member didn't object on anything. They must focus more on cleanliness as bathroom was not very clean.

Ac keeps breaking down. Think this happens to every room in the hotel because I’ve heard other guests complaining as well. This is a constant problem if u look at the reviews, it’s ongoing and have never been resolved. The staff basically brushed us off and told us to open our windows.??!!! Most of them refused to do anything, not even checking the ac system control at the back of their office. Guy on second night started raising his voice that he is not a maintenance guy and said he just restarted the system when he didn’t. I knew because on the first night it could be done within 2 mins on the phone. Finally after a shouting fest he went behind the desk and voila ac was up again. The only helpful guy is the bald guy (sorry I didn’t get to ask your name) Have not mentioned that I booked the larger room with upgraded toilets but the room had an issue and was already downgraded to a tiny room with ac problems. Shower divider glass is useless cos of the gap below. Water leaks out everywhere No hand towels and gave us 3 bath towels, one to be used as a bath mat??? Breakfast was basic, staff was so rude. There was no one at the front so I walked in to find a staff to give her my room number but she kept walking away from me while speaking louder. Was she expecting me to follow her while she speaks or do I have to shout as loud as her across 4 tables when she wanted my room number?

The hotel is next to the train station and the rooms are big and clean. Only sound dampening could be better as sometimes you can hear other guests.

Heating only worked in the bathroom, AC unit non functional, Water under the shower lukewarm Staff isn’t very helpful, attitude not very positive. They seem overbooked. Beds for couples are two separate ones despite of booking one bed Breakfast was ok, breakfast staff was very nice and helpful
