Only concern was parking as locals use car park so don't have to pay to go into town.

After lots of issues booking with Agoda (book direct it's much cheaper & you can't use the price match guarantee). The room appeared to only be booked as 1 adult but luckily there were also 2 twin beds I'm there so it was comfortable for 1 adult & 2 children. The woman behind the desk was brilliant. We used it as a stay for alton towers (apparently a lot of people do) & it was an OK distance for that.

DIDN'T ACTUALLY STAY AS STORM DISASTER THAAT WEEKEND CAUSED ALL TRANSPORT FROM MY HOE TO BE CANCELLED. FINANCIAL DISASTER AS WELL AS A SOCIAL ONE. HOWEVER I'VE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL TWICE A YEAR FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS AND HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT IT. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING, THE ROOMS CLEAN AND TIDY WITH THE USUAL BASIC FACILITIES. THE ROOM RATES ARE REASONABLE AND I ALWAYS FEEL SAFE THERE. I'M A SINGLE FEMALE PENSIONER WITH A DEGREE OF DISABILITY SO SAFETY IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR ME.
