    The hotel is close to the big shopping mall and there are different small restaurants nearby, so it is a convenient place to stay. The room is big. Overall speaking, it is a good value for money.

    Free breakfast. Near royal oak station and metrotown station. Staff did not wash your dishes, you have to wash it yourself.

    The hotel radiated a welcoming and cosy atmosphere, providing excellent value for money. Our room, with its two queen-sized beds, was spacious. The quantity of toiletries should have been more instead of putting in tiny bottles. The hotel could have used wall-mounted dispensers instead. The breakfast, included with the room, offered a wide range of options to suit all guests. Additionally, the lobby featured 24/7 coffee and a handy water dispenser for guests. Despite our midnight flight and the hotel being fully booked, the standout aspect was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They graciously allowed us to rest in their comfortable lobby after our noon checkout. The staff also securely stored our luggage while we relaxed and went out for lunch.
