Es war alles soweit in Ordnung, nur der Buchungsablauf hat mir diesmal nicht gefallen. Ich selbst übersah keine Hunde hatte aber zweimal gefragt, was der Hund kostet und die die Verlängerung . Wurde nur auf die Verlängerung geantwortet und gleich gleich die Buchungsbestätigung.. Wollte dann ohne Verlängerung weil mein Sohn nach mir mit Hund nicht rein durfte. Daraufhin kam die patzige Antwort: Sie können nicht einmal addieren und dann wieder subtrahieren. Habe dann nochmal geschrieben wie enttäuscht ich war, aber das hat keinen interessiert. Wir konnten die Verlängerung selbst nicht machen und die Wohnung war zwei Tage leer und bezahlt. Hab schon öfters über Duggen gebucht, aber sowas hatte ich noch nicht.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Ablauf. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr schön. Super Lage, da ich ohne Auto angereist war. Alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierten Abläufe. Liebe Grüße.
