Schnelle Abhilfe bei Problemen. Haus und Garten in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung Gartenmöbel unzureichend. Waschmaschine ist Münzgerät für die Allgemeinheit, aus dem Prospekt nicht zu ersehen. Schlafzimmer sehr klein und veraltet. Wohnraum und Küche modern und neuwertig.
Obwohl Vorschrift, kein Rauchmelder in der Wohnung! Feuerlöscher im Heizraum ohne Prüfplakette und Sicherung.
