The lift was out of order throughout, which made getting around a real challenge—especially with luggage. Staff presence was minimal, and when they were available, interactions felt impersonal and rushed.
The overall atmosphere lacked warmth or hospitality, and for the price, I expected far better. Everything seemed to come with an extra charge, including access to leisure facilities

Got woken up just before 2am by a group of residents shouting and laughing and running down n the hallway. I spoke to reception in the morning and she did apologies but didn’t seem to bothered that I had been awake from that time
