Our stay at Hidden Cave Hotel was absolutely amazing! The place has such a warm and authentic vibe, and the staff made us feel right at home. Special mention to Mostafa — the friendliest and most helpful person ever! Always chill, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The stay was nice, but the property needs to be maintained better, they were sweet to give us an upgrade but that room was dirty, so we took the original one. I would mention Mustafa who was super kind and helpful and arranged adventure activities for us and was sweet, also breakfast was excellent, but apart from him the other staff members could do better. The service was not upto the mark but overall stay was nice, property is at a good location but we found better maintained hotels around in the same price.
