Our room had a huge balcony that looked down into Nice and to the Mediterranean. The bed was comfortable.
It took way too long to get warm water for a shower.

Victoria and Pierce were warm and welcoming. They provided local information and promoted the area. The property is perfectly located for a short walk into St Paul de Vence. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The shared spaces are large, comfortable and also well appointed. There are options to have breakfast inside or on the terrace. Secure parking is provided and the afternoon drinks were most welcome.
Nothing - this is one of those properties that you want to go back to.

Wonderful place with great accommodating staff. Perfect location, close to Saint Paul de Vence. Amazing view. Beautiful pool. Comfortable room and bed.
