Twin rooms are very small, which is difficult to manoeuvre around with big luggages travelling. Private car park is a plus though

Reception area is nice but ground floor apartments are very low quality, carpets are old and dirty in the room, the whole place was dark, damped and mold has built up all around the air conditioning system (which is also seems to be from previous century) and on the walls. The only positive is the location, you are not so far out from the centre, can walk around the town from here. We paid a low price that we thought is because of the small town and low season but the quality of the room matched it, we would not return here for sure, this place needs serious renovations…

This listing is a trick. There are two hotels running at the address, both Best Western, but one is a Sure Hotel (VERY bad) and the other is the Best Western Plus (actually pretty good!) This listing appears to be the higher quality listing, however when you book you will be booking the lower quality hotel and think you can request to get the actual hotel you think you booked? This is a nightmare. We had to sleep in the Sure Hotel room one night despite multiple attempts at getting the hotel room we actually booked. It was small, unclean, frankly so disgusting it all doesn’t need to be mentioned. It wasn’t cleaned properly and honestly I’d rather sleep at most backpackers. After complaining multiple times we finally got switched but we were without a room for most of the day. The upgraded room was worth the effort, but dealing with the staff via emails and at reception left us feeling unwelcome and very frustrated. I’ll admit we got a great price, but no amount of money is worth that Sure Hotel experience. I’ve since seen others comment on this problem a year ago, so it’s clearly not a mistake, but something that’s being done on purpose - a bait and switch to get you thinking you’re getting a good price on the main hotel and then lumping you into the lesser one. Book here with caution. But no matter what, do not accept a Sure Hotel room, I would not recommend it to anyone — if you book, make sure you push hard for what they are advertising here. If I was just reviewing that room alone without everything else, this would be a 4 star review.

Rather disappointing as when you book a 4 star hotel you expect 4 star service. The room was very small and cramped, the service at reception was very poor. Being charged 7 euros for 2 bottles of water in what appeared to be milk cartons? That’s ridiculous! No apology from staff for the inconvenience. Overall poor.
