About this apartment rental
The studio (30m2) has every comfort:
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, blender American, iron, washing machine... as well as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Has a comfortable sofa bed with mattress topper visco elastic and pillows visco elastic also. Linens and towels included.
Air conditioning and free WiFi.
46 LED TV, Soundbar and HI-FI.
The terrace has garden furniture (double sofa and two armchairs, and coffee table, and folded up for lunch with two folding chairs).
The study is south facing, so it is very sunny, has wonderful views of the pool and see the sea bottom.
It is located in an enclosed area that has video surveillance two fantastic swimming pools, gardens, library, BBQ and tennis court. In addition there is a bar within the development.
It is a quiet area. The neighbors are mostly people who come on holiday in the summer, and nearly half are foreigners (British, French, Dutch and German ...)
Taxi and bus stop right outside the door. Suburban train 5 minutes walk (saves "The Pinillo").
Only couples, middle-aged and responsible. Preferably foreign tourists.
Communal swimming pool, gardens, BBQ area, tennis court, library and bar, within the enclosure.
Very quiet. The neighbors are mostly people who come on holiday in the summer, and nearly half are foreigners (British, French, Dutch and German ...)

lovely studio apartment which is ideal for a couple, with all you need for your stay, i,e, iron, hairdryer etc. The kitchen is fully equipped all cutlery, coffee machine, blender etc, the apartment has been stylishly decorated with ample storage. The balcony although smallish has comfy seating and overlooks the pool.(what mored do you need). The complex is well maintained with 2 pools and a little bar(that also does snacks), sunbeds with mattresses are also available at a cost of 2 euros for the day. (the wifi in the apartment is excellent)
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the costa del sol without the need of a car. It is only a 10 minute walk from the station (el pinillo) and a 15 minute walk to both the beach and benalmadena marina.
My girlfriend and i had a great 4 night stay here and would certainly recommend it
