Location
Entering the building is an adventure in itself, given its state of disrepair. Going up the stairs and through the corridor leading to the apartment is another adventure. Fortunately, the apartment itself has the necessary conditions for a decent stay.
The bathroom is very small but functional, offering hot water with good pressure. There is no proper bed, only a sofa bed. There was bed linen in the wardrobe, as well as towels. During the week, I requested additional towels and cleaning spray for glass and mirrors, which were promptly left at my door. There was sufficient toilet paper, as well as some toilletries and cleaning supplies.
As for cleanliness, the photos speak for themselves. Unfortunately, the windows had not been cleaned for a long time, nor had the shelves above the sofa, which looked very much like a sandstorm in the desert. I had to spend some time doing a proper clean. The windows let in plenty of light, having no blackout effect.
The heating was working without any issues.

Great location, the apartment is small but fully equipped and cosy! Comfortable sofa bed and nice little kitchen. The area is very green and relaxed, very close to the city centre and with all the shops and restaurants you may need.
The curtains are very flimsy so they don't really shade the room from the sun and the streetlights. This means that if you're a light sleeper and need a dark room this may not be ideal, plus on the (albeit rare) hot days the apartment may get stuffy, but there is a fan.

The apartment itself is clean, nicely renovated, and well-equipped — everything needed for a comfortable stay is available. It’s in a very convenient location, close to the old city center, restaurants, and public transport. The price is also very reasonable for what you get.
Despite mentioned below minor issues, I think the apartment offers a good price-to-value ratio and would recommend it, especially if location is a priority for you.
The only downside is the building itself, which is older and hasn't been renovated. Also, the windows face a street with quite a bit of traffic, even at night. This can be a problem in summer — there’s no air conditioning, so you’ll need to keep the windows open for fresh air, which means dealing with some noise.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich gut.
Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist recht klein. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein wenig spooky.
