Location Description:
The home is located in Camdenton at the 2mm of the Niangua Arm. Great access to both the east and west side of the lake just minutes from Hwy 5 on all hard surface roads.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Overall everything was great. Could be a little more attention to the outside grounds. Move oven door would stay shut, but was minor.

This home was perfect for our family of 14 (9 adults and 5 kids). Having the dock with boat slips was so convenient for our 3 day boat rental and the kids loved swimming off of the dock and using the Lilly pads. Walmart was only a quick 15 minute drive for groceries. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Lake of the Ozarks.

The house was perfect for a get together with my kids and their families. We had 5 children 4 and under! The stair gates were much appreciated and the large living area was a great play space.

Mediocre for responsible adults but perfect for a bunch of parting college kids. House is not in the best shape but has a perfect location.
