About this cottage rental
We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.
A place were you can kick your feet up and just chill. 600 square feet new construction efficiently designed to maximize comfort. There is a private outdoor patio with a gas gril that opens up to Rogers city bike trails.
This area of northwest Arkansas is absolutely beautiful with so much to offer. Here are a few things close by
-Downtown rogers, & farmers market..2 blocks
-Lake Atalanta ..1 mile
-On Railyard Loop Bike Trail.. 5 steps
-Beaver Lake...4.8 miles (prairie creek marina)
-Walmart Amp...6 miles

Other Things to Note:
Small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booked. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.
Smart TV available to connect to any of your subscriptions, Youtube TV available in the living room, but no traditional cable or satellite.
Second bedroom closet used as owners closet and not available to guests, but there are hanging hooks, a couple of drawers and luggage racks available in that bedroom

The location was perfect for our visit. Our son loved that he could jump on the path that led to the Railyard. The place is an oasis of comfort with everything we needed. Very cean and tastefully decorated.

The cupboard where the garbage can is sticky and very dirty. No Kleenex very little coffee and creamer for the first night. Beds were comfortable.
