Enjoy all you need for the perfect family vacation at Heavenly Hideaway! This custom home offers amazing lakefront enjoyment and spacious areas for larger family groups to come together and create lifelong memories. Catch beautiful lake views through the vast kitchen and living room windows or step out into the cabana bar for open-air sunsets. At night, cozy up to the fire pit and appreciate nature while tucked away in your cove. Comfortable bedrooms in the upper levels provide privacy while the late-night lovers hang out in the game room or lake level bunk room late into the night. Located at the 26 MM, you will find yourself in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. The large cove just past your dock is great for water sports. By water, you are close to Margaritaville, Paradise and more! Vast lakefront destinations are a short drive by land.

Amazing Game Room! Darts, ping pong, video games, karaoke, bar, card table, & 2 comfortable sofas. Rainy days are no problem here!
Separated living & bedroom spaces. With three levels, your group can spread out for privacy. Bunk room with exterior (only) access.
In 2026, the bunk room will become an adult room with a Queen bed.
A Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, Peloton bike, and treadmill help keep you at your best!
Open air cabana. This screened area allows for outside enjoyment at all times of the day and night - equipped with a bar, seating area and bathroom.
Several outdoor seating areas - from the fire pit overlooking the cove to the propane grill and deck tables, your crew will land comfortably.
Wonderful dock with cove water - lounge in the sun or jump from the dock. Enjoy the lake toys while you swim.
Side tie off boat access - the calm cove waters allow you to side tie off your boat safely - whether a rental or bringing your own.
Water amenities include a kayak, a swim mat, a jump platform & wet steps. Deep water cove with calm waters. The gated yard provides comfortable family enjoyment for children and pets.
Great location! - The location is near the community bridge / east side access, and within 15 minutes of the lakefront attractions on the west lake side.

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

By land, the home is within 15 minutes of great lake front restaurant locations in Sunrise Beach. Everything was great, plenty of room. We were able to come together as a family and also have quiet time. There were also plenty of places for grouping of different ages.

A group of us go to the lake every year for our fantasy football draft. Everyone on the trip said this was the best house yet. It had room for all of us to have beds. It had everything you can want on a trip like ours. I had a couple of questions during the stay and they answered us promptly by text. I can’t say enough good things about our day. Thank you for the memories.

It was a grand vacation for the family. My favorite was watching the kiddos have so much fun. Had a little bit of everything for everyone there to make it perfect. Everything we had issues with was immediately taken care of. So happy with the entire experience! Thanks!!

At first look this place looks amazing. It had some great amenities. Unfortunately the things that need do work like the showers were far from perfect. The shower upstairs had mold in the calking and the temperature control was not working properly. It was cold or too hot to shower. It also to me felt unclean because of the mold spots and yellowing of the shower. The other tub didn’t drain properly leaving the tub in a slippery soapy film, where I also didn’t feel clean. I tried contacting the property manager and had no response which was unfortunate. I noticed that around the property that there was dirt and dust. I feel like it could have been cleaner. There were also many dishes put away in the cabinets that we had to clean. One pan in particular had about an 1/8 inch of grease over the entire pan. Several towel racks were hanging off of the walls. I feel like this property needs better maintenance and communication. I wish I was able to contact the manager so I wouldn’t have to leave this review.
