The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was exactly as advertised, spacious, and comfortable. We were in town for summer ski camp, and the location couldn't have been better. The home is right across from the community pool and within easy walking distance to restaurants. It made our trip convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a great spot near Mt. Hood!

The condo was great, the kids loved the pool/hot tub/sauna. We had everything we needed. It’s an easy walk into town. There is no central AC but there was a portable unit and the evenings cool down nicely so opening windows and using the box fans upstairs worked out great.

Our fam of 4 stayed for about 2 weeks in the summer for alpine camp. There’s no AC but it was cool enough we didn’t need it. The updated washing machine was super helpful and let us pack light. The condo unit is right next to the pool and our kids enjoyed it throughout our stay. We also had fun with the ping pong tables in the garage. We would come back. Thank you!

First, the place is great and close to everything in Government Camp. We enjoyed one night out of three because the power went out and there was no backup generator. The entire condo complex basically shut down, as well as all but two businesses in Government Camp. There was no communication from the front office to see if we were okay or needed anything and we sat in a cold house for two days without heat. No refund or credit was given from Vacasa because it was weather related and they are “firm on their no refund decision” so we didn’t really have the best time. Upset that my friends didn’t enjoy themselves and flew from Chicago to ski, but the resorts were shut down as well and a state of emergency was called for the area, yet we still can’t be refunded. We had to complete our checkout in pitch black conditions with only small flashlights. This is not a dig on the house, it was as described and had we not had the power outage, it would have been much more enjoyable.
