About this house rental
Cefnfor is a family owned bungalow situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of Newport, Pembrokeshire. It’s a 5-minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the center of the town and a 15 minute downhill walk to the coastline.
The accommodation consists of one double; one twin and two single bedrooms – sleeping six people in total. It has a large open plan kitchen diner that overlooks the front lawned garden and has extensive views of Carningli mountain.
The main living room overlooks the rear lawned garden and has wide ranging views over Newport Bay. In most circumstances, the garden is fenced and is pet secure, and has quality garden furniture from which one can enjoy the view and the garden.
The double bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom with a bath whilst the family bathroom has a bath and shower attachment. In addition, there is a standalone shower room.
The property has ample off-street parking for up to 3 cars.
