Schöne Wohnung in super zentraler Lage. Sehr sauber und super bequemes Bett. Gute Staumöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Modernes und unkompliziertes Schließsystem. Hervorragend schnelles WLAN.
Die Küche ist recht rudimentär eingerichtet und es ist wenig Besteck vorhanden, da aber ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden war geht das absolut in Ordnung. Parksituation ist knifflig, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nichts :)

Die Lage war fantastisch: wenige Schritte bis zum Hafen, wenige Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Mit der GästeCard konnte ich gratis die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Die Wohnung war modern und doch gemütlich. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Schöne geräumige Dusche. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!
Eine minimale Kleinigkeit: kein richtiger Esstisch, aber dafür ein sehr großer Couchtisch

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das heißt in 10 Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum der Stadt. Durch die Nutzung der Kurkarte kostenfreie Fahrt in der Stadt und im Umland von Rostock mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.
Ich hätte mir einen kleinen Esstisch mit entsprechenden Stühlen oder Hockern gewünscht. Eine vollausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden, leider sitzt man beim Essen auf der Couch an einem niedrigen Tisch.
