Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Step in garden.. Nestled in the Conwy valley, just down the road is Betws Y Coed the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. For the adventurous, you’ll find Surf Snowdonia, Tree Top Climbing and the Marin Bike trails of Gwydir Forrest all just a few miles away. In the opposite direction is the National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Vineyard, and the historic walled town of Conwy, which is home to a fabulous harbour and many historic buildings. You will be perfectly situated to explore the region.

We had a wonderful week staying at Ael-y-Bryn cottage. The surrounding areas are beautiful. Conservatory really handy for wiping the dog down after walks. Ten minutes to Conwy and supermarket. 30 to Betswycoed. The log fire was lovely, and the first nights firewood provided was useful as storage heaters do take a day to kick in once switched on. Well stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Powerful and hot shower.

We had a wonderful stay. What a view from the garden! Couldn't get enough of it. The cottage is situated nicely to visit other areas. We loved Betws-y-coed. The cottage is lovely and with a real fire too. It's so peaceful there and you have everything you need.

Home from home! Will definitely be returning- perfect location for visits to Bodnant Gardens, Betws-y-Coed, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay to name a few! Stunning views and cosy at night when the log fire was burning. Spacious, lots of storage too. The owner gives you lots of information and recommendations- read the pack and guest book! Had such a lovely holiday here.
