Struttura in ottima posizione per il trekking nel Parco del Monte di Portofino, nel contempo ben collegata con il centro paese e il lungomare. Locali comodi e funzionali, ben tenuti e puliti. Ampio spazio esterno che, purtroppo, noi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare vista la stagione del soggiorno.
Un po' macchinoso il doppio check in (e lungo il web check in) ma siamo stati ottimamente assistiti all'arrivo sia per il recupero chiavi, sia per il completamento della pratica.
Da migliorare invece la gestione dei rifiuti: al cliente rimane in carico lo smaltimento ma mancano del tutto istruzioni e indicazioni per la raccolta differenziata e sarebbe utile ed ecologico avere a disposizione almeno all'arrivo alcuni sacchetti adatti al corretto smaltimento.

Organization with the host was super easy and smooth. Free parking was available right in front of the house. Apartment was very comfy and quiet. All amenities were provided. All in all great experience.
There was nothing bad, but I would have a couple of recommendations for improvement. First, I'd rather have a simpler check-in, one has to wonder about the need to collect so much information. Second, small additional "touches" would be nice, e.g. leaving 2-3 coffee capsules, providing liquid soap and not just hard soap, and similar attention to detail. (Not a complaint, especially at November price point.)
