Close to sailing, windsurfing, and more, this smoke-free apartment brings it all within reach. Juno Beach is an easy 10-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 6-minute drive to Courseulles-sur-Mer Beach.
As you settle into this 1-bedroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed and a BBQ grill. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the TV. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer. The apartment is small, but has everything you need. Kitchen applies are good and many, sharp knives etc. Checkin was smooth, Isabelle the concierge gave us good tips (try buiscuiterie Asnelle).
Only downside on the website: we booked from the German site and it had not all info from the French original text: extra pay for towels, linen and end cleaning. We had read this before in a review and were informed.

We had an amazing time at the Apartment.
It was everything we could have wished for.
A few teething problems with the concierge not the owner. Isabelle owner was fantastic.
I informed the concierge we would arrive at 4.30pm. she emailed me back and questioned if id really be there.
Then there is a 40EUR charge for the concierge to clean. However despite me paying the 40EUR charge she said i still needed to leave it clean and tidy so i didnt understand that cleaning fee. anyway, i didnt pay her, i did it myself and saved my money.
so it was quite an uncomfortable exchange of keys.
It says there is parking close by which there is if you have a small car as the carpark over the road has height restrictions of less than 2 metres, sadly a people carrier with a roof box has no place to park.
Waking up to the view of the sea from the bed and listening to the waves until late at night is brilliant.
Apartment has everything you could wish for.
its in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and a crepe/waffle bar.
we would probably stay again but maybe during the quieter months and not the height of summer.

Tolles kleines Apartment im zweiten Stock sehr nahe am Strand (nur eine Häuserzeile liegt dazwischen)! Man kann das Meer vom Schlafzimmer und der Wohnküche aus sehen. Wir waren zu viert dort, was ein bisschen Räumerei bedeutete, da die Futon-Sofas (ein schmales und ein breites) in der Wohnküche, auf denen zwei von uns übernachtet haben, immer auf- und abgebaut werden mussten, damit man sich am Tag gut bewegen konnte. Aber darauf waren wir eingestellt, so dass es kein Problem war. Es gibt ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett und ein kleines funktionales Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken sowie Handtuchheizung und separat davon in einem kleinen Raum die Toilette.
Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet mit Geräten (Mikrowelle, hochwertige Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher, großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, …).
Die Beschreibung auf der deutschen Seite (Fewo-direkt) war - scheinbar im Gegensatz zur französischen (Abritel) - bei uns leider sehr spärlich, sodass wir viele Informationen direkt bei der Vermieterin erfragen mussten (Bettwäsche ist z.B. nicht inbegriffen, kann aber dazu gebucht werden.). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett, sodass alles geklärt werden konnte.
Die Concierge war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Fragen konnten jederzeit gestellt werden auf Englisch oder Französisch. Sogar ein paar Deutschkenntnisse waren vorhanden.
Kompliziert war zunächst das Überweisen des Betrages, da uns Fewo-direkt die Option Paypal angeboten hat, was aber von der französischen Seite aus nicht ging, sodass die Überweisung schief ging und noch einmal mit Kreditkarte vorgenommen werden musste. Dafür kann jedoch die Vermieterin nichts und auch das konnte zum Glück aufgeklärt werden.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer verbracht und können diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen!
