This apartment, ideally located just a few minutes from Disneyland, is perfect for a magical getaway!
Modern and bright, it comfortably accommodates up to 2 people. It is equipped with a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring optimal comfort for a good night's sleep. Thanks to its numerous windows, the apartment is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Additionally, a portable air conditioning unit has been installed in the studio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare delicious meals effortlessly. Additionally, you will find a Ninja Food Max cooking machine, complete with a recipe book and instruction manual for your culinary adventures.
In the bathroom, you'll find all the necessary amenities to freshen up, including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.
There is a new table and chairs that guests can use in the common areas and a fan with a remote.

Montévrain is a charming town located near Disneyland Paris, offering a peaceful and pleasant setting for visitors. With its picturesque streets, lush parks, and numerous shops, Montévrain is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures at Disney. The town also benefits from good transport connections, making it easy to reach the capital and its attractions. Whether you’re a fan of nature, history, or leisure, Montévrain will captivate you with its friendly atmosphere and tranquil vibe, while being just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Mairie Bus stop is 4 minutes away from apartment.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom.
It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.
CCTV cameras were installed in the common areas. One at the entrance of the building and the others on each floor in the corridor outside the studios.
The heater is below the TV; it is an electric heater, very modern chimney style; there is a remote control to switch it ON/OFF and to manage the temperature. If the window remains open, the heater will shut automatically.

This studio is perfect it has everything you need for your stay. very clean, very modern it has changing colour lights and the bed is very comfortable and you can watch Disney+ or Netflix, just what you need after a long day.. it’s easy to get the bus into Disney land takes just 10 minutes and the bus stop is around the corner you can also get into Paris takes a little longer but it’s worth to see while your there. Me and my daughter have really enjoyed our first time in France and we will definitely be back staying in this studio.
