It has a dilapidated exterior but the interior is very newly furnished and new. A classical Greek house meticulously furnished in Ikea style.
Having all kinds of materials that can be used in a house and kitchen is also a big plus. Fine details have been thought of.
Of course the view is breathtaking.
Board games and its location were in dust.
Some windows did not have mosquito nets.
The tub and kitchen were only getting water from the hot water tank. You don't have a shower to cool off.
The bathroom needs to be renovated.
