The property was beautiful and clean in a great location

The location was ideal and the room comfortable No problem with parking the car and the area was free

Unfortunately a restaurant was being built next door, which we were not informed about There was no building noise outside normal working hours, so that was not a problem However the building area around the flat blocked the view of the harbour which we were expecting During the day building vehicles partially locked the entrance to the flat which was not good

Location, easy access arrangements, lots of towels! Complimentary beers and good fridge

Hot room No big dressing mirror Nowhere to put clothes - had to live out of cases - but only place for one case. Lovely room - but it is small.

Location and room. View was compromised by all the work outside.

Overall experience was poor, from a threat to cancel our reservation a couple of days before our arrival (allegedly due to flood - although we saw no sign of flooding during our stay), to work in progress inside and outside the house during the period of our stay (see attached pictures). Besides, our check in was later than 4pm because room was not ready and the key lock code was not given ahead in advance so we had to look for someone that could help us in the house above, and wasted more time by doing so. Perhaps the room should not have been made available to begin with, with all the renovations in and out - or at least there should be a price decrease and a warning to clients. In normal conditions this would have been a great place to stay.
