Location within 15 mins walk from one of the city gates and 20-30mins from all the restaurants and heart of town or the Avignon all time famous bridge. The host was also super helpful in recommending places to eat and explaining all about the house and shared pool.
It wasn’t super clear until we turned up whether the pool was shared or not, and some of the finishes in the house were not completely straight. Kitchen also not super well equipped for cooking but there are so many great restaurants in town that you might not want/need to cook at all!

Nous avons eu tout ce dont nous voulions
Il n'y avait pas de détecteur d'incendie (très important).
Peu d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine.
Il y a aussi un soucis avec le frigo, le congélateur ne fermait plus.

Small apartment within 30 minute walk to Cathedral Notre Dame and Pont d'Avignon. Very clean and tidy, sufficient kitchen equipment to self cater and secure parking. There was a swimming pool for private use by 3 only apartments (though I did not take advantage). There was airconditioning which was very handy given the heatwave in Avignon during my visit. Reasponably priced.
Nothing except the weather and can't fault the hosts for that
