The home is brand new and mid-century modern inspired. An open floor plan and tiled throughout, it's stylishly appointed from the bathrooms to the kitchen.
Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The ceilings are high throughout the house and it has very easy access to the backyard and pool area. There is a 2 car garage and laundry room.
PLEASE NOTE:
Guests will be asked to acknowledge the City's “Good Neighbor Policy”, House Rules, and a Release of Liability - prior to arrival. The policy and the acknowledgment form will be emailed to you. The city of Palm Springs mandates that the form is signed prior to your arrival - focussing mostly on music being played outside. It is not allowed outside at all. Listing 021586

Highly recommend this property. Stayed here with our family for a nice vacation get away. Great pool area. House is very spacious, clean and has everything that is needed. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom which was great for us and our kids to have their own space. The kitchen was huge, great laundry area as well. As mentioned though the pool is the star of the house set in a very spacious yard. We also appreciated the use of the garage in the Palm Springs heat and sun. The property manager/owner made our trip so easy and was super quick to respond to questions and help with anything we needed - absolutely the best experience we've had with any property manager. House is in a great location and neighboorhood. Would absolutely stay here again anytime we come back to Palm Springs.

The best place we’ve ever stayed, it has a big pool, futuristic architecture, everything was top notch. Fred is the best host ever , cheers. Can’t wait to book again.

We stayed at the home for a business seminar. The property is pretty, and comfortable. It was also nice that we were able to park in the garage. We would definitely stay again.
