Large duplex apartment of 135 m², renovated in 2019, close to the city center and the castle and the Loire, in the historic district of Blois.
On the second floor (without elevator), with a breathtaking view of the pediment of the Saint-Nicolas church, it offers comfort and calm with beautiful volumes.
Large bedrooms and very spacious open living room.
Two bathrooms.
Television, free WiFi internet, direct water production.
Bakery at 10 meters, tobacconist at 20 meters, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, 2 minutes walk from the castle of Blois.
Suitable for families and professionals, whether for short or long periods (decreasing rates on long stays).

Apartment was in a good location and Luc was very helpful. Would have been good if the owner provided some hand soap at least. Luc told us he has asked but so far none provided from owner.

This was a wonderful Vrbo stay. Luc was so easy to deal with, the property was beautiful, and the location is spectacular.
a couple of caveats: no air conditioning, but we didn't have a problem because there are fans in every room and the windows open: great breezes. It is on the third floor, in American counting, but my 93 old father could do it at least twice a day. I would rent it again.

Very nice apartment, great location, Easy to drive to castles, good restaurants and shops. Lots of nice windows to look out and see horse pulled carriages.
Très bel appartement, très bien situé, facile d'accès en voiture aux châteaux, bons restaurants et magasins. Beaucoup de belles fenêtres pour regarder et voir des calèches tirées par des chevaux.
