We arrived in a snow day in April, the road to the property was clean and it was easy to find due to the great information the host provided. The communication with the host was always great, also gave us a lovely suggestion for dinner. It was nice and warm inside, very well cleaned. Small but functional room, could use some shelving to place things. The bathroom is quite small and the water pressure was very low but I believe there were problems in the area. Good WiFi. Very nice shared kitchen. The view from the shared living room is beautiful!
We were unlucky to get there during a period that water works were been done in the area so during the night and most morning we didn’t had any water, but again that’s not the property fault and probably most accommodations nearby were in a similar situation. Just teaches us to always carry bottled water even though the tap water is safe to drink.

I was staying here for the fourth time and I really like this place. It was very comfortable stay in a room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen and dining room which was very well equipped. The view from the dining room was wonderful. The hosts were really kind.

I thought that it is apartment, but it is guest house. so you won’t get your personal kitchen for 40€.
also no opening windows in the room. it was difficult to breathe during the night.
so I can say that it can cost 20€ for 1 night. cause there is no restaurant, shop, and personal kitchen. also breakfast not included. so for 40 euro we booked hotel with breakfast in Budva.
