Everything was beyond expectation. Clean, comfortable, spacious, has everything that a family may need during stay. We just stayed for one day, and we loved it. Very convenient location with private parking, even though it also easy to find parking in front of building. Two stores that works all day evet day literally 1 min away, and a bakery also. Really great place to stay.

The dishwasher was broken.
There was no microwave or toaster as advertised on booking.
The window frames were extremely dirty and there were also dead bugs between the window and the mosquito nets. Also there was visible dust and dirt on hidden or rarely used surfaces such as above the interior AC unit, on the house heaters, etc.
The shower faucet was faulty and it oscilated between very hot water and cold water. Also the support for the shower head was broken.
The soap in the bathroom barely lasted in the first morning, we had to go to the nearby supermarket and buy some extra.
Also even if the location is very well positioned close to a lot of public transport, the service is heavily unreliable with trams not coming at the scheduled times or skipping some times all toghether.
The bed was also not excelent as we both have back issues and the spring matress was not helping at all.
Also the bedroom has no AC, and during the summer hot days it will get very hot. During our stay (beggining of august) fortunately the nights were colder (around20degree) and we were able to sleep with the window open.
The overall feeling was one of a cheap Airbnb and not of a Business Lounge.
