The location was great. The choice of 2 different beaches and included sun beds was a definite plus as many hotels in the area did not have direct beach access.
I think it was coming towards the end of season so the public spaces seemed run down and tired, cleanliness not up to scratch. We also found the breakfast choice very limited, 'hot' items were cold and on the second day we went at 9:30 and many items had run out and we were told they would not replace them.

We loved the location and convenience of the property, in the heart of Ksamil. The lounge areas by the beach were truly amazing, the room was very comfy and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely return!
The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the sea view wasn't really a clean view of the sea, but rather a walking path in front of the sea. The part about the stay we were most disappointed with was the fact that the beach areas are not in fact "private" they allow outside guests to come in and take some of the best chairs available which is not what we were expecting. Hotel guests should be prioritized as we have paid for the "private beach" access as part of our stay.

The rooms are clean
Very basic hotel considering the price, which was the highest we paid in Albania. Basic and small room, no tea or coffee facilities, personal care products provided only once, and very basic breakfast. For the price, it's not a good value.
