The hosts at the property were fantastic. We had some major travel snafus in the states and the host was sympathetic and was really concerned for us. The property is in a terrific location in the middle of everything. The penthouse is huge and the outdoor living spaces are enormous.I would highly recommend this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome with this beautiful property. With scenic city views and a central location, we could not have asked for a better experience. Our host was accommodating and communicative throughout our stay and they made it such a lovely experience for our family who was visiting Rome for the first time. Everything was within walking distance and it was truly the best trip we could have hoped for. Thank you for having us! We can't wait to come back!

We were in Rome for a Mediterranean cruise and we wanted to stay a couple of extra days but we wanted to truly experience the beauty of Rome. The building is on a quiet side street near 3 very good restaurants of which Opera was our favorite.
The entryway is beautiful with an authentic Italian lift to take you to the penthouse. The host, Sal, greeted us at the door. Sal is amazing! We were celebrating my mother's 75th birthday so Sal presented her with a bottle of red wine and made us a cappuccino.
The apartment is very well decorated and very well kept. It looks exactly as it does in the photos! It is extremely spacious with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is updated and well-stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the penthouse so we never felt cramped.
However, the most incredible feature was the views. It has multiple balconies and terraces which allow for a 360-degree view of the city. Every evening, we sat on one of the terraces and appreciated the beauty of Rome.
We loved the proximity to shops and stores as well as to some of the landmarks. Taxis and Ubers were fairly easy to get and the Big Red tour bus stops around the corner.
I would recommend this apartment highly! We will never stay in a hotel in Rome again!

The apartment itself is large and the views are lovely. The location is wonderful. The bathrooms are very small and awkward. There was a moldy smell in the whole apartment. Some of the toilets did not flush properly. The towels were thin and small and there was one tiny towel set per room. No papertowels, extra soap or little things that make the apartment homey. For the price you might be better off in a full service hotel. Please note if you have children, the floating staircase in the main room can be dangerous for children. This is more of an adult only apartment.
