The Full English Breakfast was very nice, just right, even down to the fantastic tea cups.
Very good location just off the road with ample parking, our room was very very nice and not to hot in the very hot heat wave. Handy for Long Melford, Lavenham, Sudbury, Finchingfield and close to Bury St Edmunds and Colchester .
Possibly may have been handy to have a grab rail just inside the lovely big shower.

Good breakfast,comfy ample sized room..friendly owners.
No heating on in the evening. A hairy exit from drive straight on to a busy fast road.
The write up mentioned dinner, but when we got there we found that evening meals were not offered.
Once again booking,com did not pass on my genius discount. The price offered to me had increased when I reached the payment page on the web site.. this is the second time this month that this has happened.
