Besonders hat mir die tolle ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das fussläufig erreichbare Meer und der sehr gepflegte grosse Garten mit Parkplatz gefallen. Im sauberen gut ausgestatteten renovierten Appartement mit herrlicher Sonnenterrasse habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter, sehr zuvor kommende junge Leute, waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Conti,. Non vedo l'ora di viaggiare all'Isola Elba, cari saluti e grazie tanto Charlotte e Paolo, Helga da Vienna

locality depends on what youre looking for. With pet, it was awesome to be apart from loads of people, without it though, it would be better to stay in a city. Also, there were wild boars seen in the night on the property, which was absolutely awesome sight. Although this information should have been given to us since we had a dog with us. It may be, that owner is not aware of boars problem
some kitchen stuff was falling apart, but thats normal in "lowcost" accommodations.
