This 4-star apartment is a popular classic and is located in a central but quiet prime location in Willingen
3-room non-smoking comfort apartment for 2-4 people with WiFi, two bedrooms and balcony with a view of the Kurpark. The maisonette apartment is on a hillside (ground floor + basement). Barrier-free ground floor with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area - the second bedroom is in the basement.
Cable car/ski area, lagoon adventure pool, visitor center, ice rink, center and train station can be reached in just 2-5 minutes on foot. The modern and very tastefully furnished 3-room apartment with top equipment and a "feel-good atmosphere" is particularly suitable for family and long-term vacations.

Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-low, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-low filter is not available on booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with walking difficulties, especially because of the super central location in the town. A car can drive right up to the front door. The path from the front door into the apartment is at ground level and free of thresholds, as is the entire ground floor of the apartment with living room, bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70cm wide. The round shower has a threshold of approx. 15cm. The balcony door has the usual threshold.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings - Cash payment on site is not possible!
